Export selling is a numbers game wrapped in patience. You find buyers, you reach out, and then — the part that actually wins deals — you follow up, again and again, on whatever channel that buyer prefers. The trouble is that following up is exactly what a busy export business stops doing when production, logistics and quotes pile up.
We lived that gap. Spreadsheets did not remind us. Email alone was not enough. So we built a CRM that does the chasing: it tracks every buyer across email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, schedules the follow-ups, and shows us who is opening and replying. Then we added an AI that writes the messages and even answers buyers — trained on our own business in a few sentences.
